1. RESEARCH GROUP Team of Salt Minerals Resources and Environment Changes in Salt Lake Area 2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION There are 7 young scientists in our team, including 2 with senior professional title and 5 with intermediate professional title. Our main research field covers the mineralization mechanism and exploration of salt lake mineral resources and related resources, hydrogeology and environmental geology of salt lake, ecological and environmental effects in salt lake area. 3. In the same year he worked in the institute. In 2013, He got doctor's degree, and employed as research intern, assistant researcher, associate researcher and researcher in 2003, 2007, 2012 and 2017, respectively. Since 2017, he has served as deputy director of the laboratory of salt lake geology and environment. 7.
