1. RESEARCH GROUP Resources & environment information system team of salt lakes 2. BRIEF INTRODUCTION The resources & environment information system team of salt lakes affiliated to Qinghai Provincial Key Laboratory of Geology and Environment of Salt Lakes (Qinghai Institute of Salt Lakes, Chinese academy of sciences), was established in July 2012. The research group is mainly engaged in salt lake dynamic monitoring, salt lake disaster warning system research, salt lake remote sensing and environmental change research, salt lake resources and environmental evaluation, and the construction of national salt lake data center. Under the guidance of Prof. Jian-ping Wang, the group has undertaken the Basic Work for the Ministry of Science and Technology Special Project "change survey of salt lake resources in China", the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Adaptive comprehensive management model construction and decision system research in Qaidam Basin", the Chinese academy of engineering major consulting project "comprehensive development and utilization of salt lake resources in Qinghai province and the sustainable development strategy research", applied basic research project in Qinghai province and the Chinese academy of sciences in Qinghai institute key cultivation project of "135" planning and research work of the project. In recent years, members of the research group have published many research papers in important academic journals at home and abroad. At present, the group has completed the Chinese salt lake resources and environment integration and construction of geographic information system platform in the study of the Chinese academy of engineering major consulting project research work, etc., and contributed theoretical achievements for the comprehensive assessment, exploitation and utilization of salt lake resources and sustainable development of Qinghai, even our country. 3.
