Academician Guangqian Wang and Professor Xiasong Hu visited ISL on the morning of 17 Dec. Accompanied by Dongping Duan, deputy director of ISL, academician Wang visited salt lake analytical & test center and technology showroom. Dongping Duan introduced the development and utilization of salt lake resource of qinghai province, and achievements of comprehensive utilization of salt lake acquired by ISL. Meanwhile, academician Wang gave a brief introduction about status of Qaidam basin water resource supporting industrial and agricultural development.

Staff of ISL exchange with academician Wang in regard to build national salt lake data center, the research and application of high temperature molten salt heat storage material and talent cultivation jointly with Qinghai University at the symposium.
