Invited by the Lai Zhongping researcher from ISL, Dr. Georg Stauch from Germany Aachen University of technology, doctoral graduate student Philipp Schulte, Dr. Liu Weiming from Institute of Mountain Hazards and Environment, Dr. Yu lupneg, from Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute have been visited ISL.

On 13th Sep, Georg Stauch and Philipp Schulte have been given lectures on “Aeolian sediments on the Tibetan Plateau” and “High-resolution analyzes of loess-paleosol sequences and its implications for Holocene paleoenvironmental change”， separately. Dr. Liu Weiming from Institute of Mountain Hazards and Environment gave a lecture on “Ancient dammed Lake and its geomorphological effects on Tibetan Plateau”. Dr. Yu lupneg, from Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute introduced the field work of glacial and fluvial geomorphology in the western Sichuan and related scientific problem.

Related scientific researchers from Qinghai Normal University and Qinghai University attended the meeting.
