On April 25th, an expert team composed of Yang Jun, Director of the Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, Yang Changan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Zhu Jianfeng, Dean of School of Materials Science and Engineering, and Wang Zhuo, Vice Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, came to ISL for academic exchanges. Feng Haitao, the deputy director, the head of the Science and Technology Department and representatives of related research groups of ISL participated in the exchange.
Yang Jun and others visited the science and technology exhibition hall, analysis and testing center and some laboratories, and learned about the historical evolution, scientific research platform, talent team, scientific research results, distribution of salt lake resources and development and utilization of ISL.
During the symposium, Feng Haitao, on behalf of ISL, warmly welcomed the expert group of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology to visit and guide. Yang Jun gave an introduction on the overall situation of Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, and Zhu Jianfeng and Yang Changan introduced in detail the subject areas, scientific research platform, research team and postgraduate training of the School of Materials Science and Technology. The leaders of the Science and Technology Department of ISL reported in detail the subject areas, scientific research platforms, scientific research projects, and talent teams of ISL. The two parties exchanged opinions on the comprehensive development and utilization of salt lake resources and the coordinated development of new functional materials, and proposed to strengthen school-institute cooperation through the establishment of exchange and interaction mechanisms, joint recruitment of talents, joint training of postgraduates, etc., and make efforts to promote the development of science and technology in the Northwest.
In addition, Professor Wang Zhuo was invited to give an academic report entitled "Lead-free High Performance Pulse Capacitor Dielectric Materials", which promoted exchanges, improved the academic level of both parties, and created a good atmosphere for communication and learning.
