On the afternoon of July 25, Chairman Li Shijiang and Deputy General Manager Xue Xujin of Dover Chemical Co., Ltd. visited ISL. Wu Zhijian, director of Qinghai Salt Lake Research Institute, Wang Yongyan, party secretary and deputy director, and heads of scientific research and management departments attended the forum.

Li Shijiang and others first visited the science and technology exhibition hall and had an in-depth understanding of the historical evolution, scientific research platform, talent team, and major historical contributions of ISL. Li Shijiang gave a detailed introduction to the development of Dofferdo Chemical Co., Ltd., the hard history of self-developed Lithium Phosphate core technology to break foreign technology monopoly, and the production of fluorosilicon, lithium batteries, and new semiconductor materials. Li Shijiang said that in the process of transitioning from fluorine chemicals to new energy, Fluoride Chemical Co., Ltd. has embarked on a road of technological innovation of "technology patenting, patent standardization, and standard internationalization". Most of the patents have been industrialized and the independent intellectual property rights of enterprises have been formed. He hopes that in the future, Dover Chemical Co., Ltd. and ISL will establish good communication channels and find entry points for cooperation.

Participants conducted in-depth exchanges on the research directions of boron isotope separation, lithium isotope separation, and waste lithium battery recycling, as well as technological innovation, transfer and transformation of scientific research results. The two parties have fully discussed the possible areas of cooperation in the future, and reached many consensuses on strengthening communication and strengthening cooperation.
