On September 14, Xining Science and Technology Bureau held a ceremony for the granting of intellectual property rights (patents) in Xining City. The meeting rewarded the authorized inventions, utility model patents, patent agencies, agents, intellectual property (patent) model enterprises, and award-winning patents in the previous year. ISL has received a total of 191,000 yuan in subsidies and awards from Xining City, accounting for 10.5% of the total amount of subsidies of various types.

In 2017, ISL was granted 47 invention patents, accounting for 30% of invention patents, ranking first in the Xining. At the same time as the number of applications continues to increase, the patent quality improvement work is also continuing, with a view to further optimizing the patent layout and better improving the patent operation level.
