    ISL held Intellectual property training course

    In order to enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection of workers and students, improve the level of patent writing of researchers, on March 22nd morning, a intellectual property training course was held by Qinghai institute of Salt Lakes. Li Zhiwei which from Extraordinary intellectual property Co. Ltd. was invited to give a report. The director of science and technology Sun Qingguo was presided over the training course, the relevant departments of the Institute nearly 50 people participated in the training.

    At the meeting, Li Zhiwei combined with his own chemical expertise and long-term work experience to make a wonderful training for everyone. Further explained the basic knowledge of patent and practical problem about how to write patent application specification and patent claims in the patent application process, and given a detail analysis and interpretation about the patent review process, patent mining, patent infringement protection and other aspects of knowledge. The training course interaction frequently and proceeded in a warm atmosphere. Participating teachers on the layout of the patent, comments and other issues related to the views of experts and interactive, to improve the patent licensing rate and the conversion rate of Qinghai Saline Lake has a practical guiding role. Science and technology department in the future will be based on feedback from the continuous optimization of training content settings, for the establishment of more special training seminars to meet the needs of different types of scientific research personnel .
