ISL was rated as 5th National Technology Transfer Demonstration Organization (NTTDO) on March 4 by The Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Repubic of China. NTTDO was awarded to the outstanding technology transfer service organization which was selected across the country by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center, Ministry of Science & Technology. It was said that Science & Technology Division of State Council and local science & technology department would increase the financing and policy support dynamics for NTTDO.
In recent years, ISL provided technical services for enterprises though taking advantage of technology, and constructed research center by cooperating with enterprises. These measures have effectively promoted the transformation of technology transfer and commercialization with the combination of social resources.
